Simon has managed and directed projects including international promotional films for many different sectors such as medical technology and commercial vehicles. High profile clients have included Harley Davidson, Norgren, and the Union Pub Company whose training films have been distributed to a potential audience of 1500 pubs nationwide. These projects have involved working all over the world including the USA, Europe and Asia as well as managing international crews: bringing experience of working across cultures to tight deadlines and budget constraints. Simon is a corporate communications specialist with training in creative problem-solving and change communication from the internationally renowned CPSB Inc., USA.

Prior to co-founding ST16 he worked at the world's largest IT outsourcing company, EDS, working alongside senior government officials on high profile communications projects nationwide. He has guest lectured for Staffordshire University, chairs a local Business Task Group, and has also worked with Young Enterprise and other charities.

Likes: Matchbox Twenty (the band), House (the TV show) and pot noodle (the nutritious snack).
