Lean manufacturing, careful synchronisation and multi-skilling have all combined at MSE to create a best-practice facility with an enviable on-time delivery record. But it wasn’t always like this. Only rigorous planning and attention to detail have made it possible. Our task was to communicate their processes to other sister sites, in order to share best practice. There was a huge amount of information to work with – and it could have been dull as dishwater. So we went for a Ramsay approach. F word appeal. Punchy voice-over. Funky graphics. Interesting shots. Short sound bites. Shop floor clips. So did it work?
