A Nice Place To Live

“I’m really pleased with this video – it was delivered on time and on budget and it fulfils its brief in every respect. Nick Booth’s narration lends authority and credibility, whilst ST16’s experience and professionalism made production an unusually smooth and enjoyable process – I’d highly recommend them.”
David Feiven, Communications Manager, fch Housing and Care

The wardens scheme run by fch on the Crewton Gardens estate in Derby has been very successful in reducing crime and building social bonds on the estate. In the words of one resident, “It’s a nice place to live now.” The scheme is also saving thousands of pounds every year. To demonstrate this success to public sector bodies such as the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and other housing associations, fch turned to us. The result was a ten-minute promotional video distributed on DVD, selling the benefits of the project and underlining the positive financial aspects. The fch team are now regularly using the DVD in their presentations, and gained added value from the project by distributing DVDs to all members of staff to increase their awareness of the project and how it might impact their role.
