The Marks and Spencer clothing range Per Una relies on getting new ranges into the UK on a “just in time” basis. Careful management of the supply chain is critical to avoid any interruption to supply. Many garments are imported, so conveying supply chain information to those for whom English is not a first language is no easy task. We used animated graphics in the style of the TV series Scrapheap Challenge to display correct processes, thereby changing what Per Una clothing manufacturers do when they release goods.
