Our film needed to communicate effectively that the programme was here to stay and let staff know that their CEO was fully behind it and why.
Careful scripting and on location direction enabled the CEO to explain comfortably and candidly the different elements of the initiative. Filmed at on the street locations in Birmingham, the film communicated the contrast between various areas within the patch and helped give the content an immediacy that would have been lost in a boardroom location.
The finished film gave our client the appropriate level of quality and professional content they required for effective internal communication, without exceeding tight budgetary constraints. It is being distributed to staff as part of a ‘Toolkit’ file and screened at a team-building event and in-house workshops. A re-packaged version of the film was also created for use on NHS BEN’s intranet, enabling a high level of employee interaction with the content.
