We've crossed the Atlantic regularly for IMP, working closely with them on strategic internal communications. When they made some major organisational changes, they wanted to communicate as clearly and directly as possible, to minimise any chance of confusion. Working closely with US change consultants CPSB, the videos we created formed part of a strategic plan that complemented structured team meetings and written communications. Streamed onto the company intranet, they ensured that all employees worldwide could see consistently presented information all at the same time, delivered to their desktop. Part of our inspiration for this production came from “igniting creative potential” training – effective ways of getting to the heart of key issues, and communicating change in imaginative ways. Building employee support for organisational change has made a clear contribution to IMP's financial success.
