Over a twelve month period we produced three internal communications videos for motion and fluid control specialists Norgren. Each one was fronted by a different business leader. We used question and answer interview techniques to identify and communicate key messages. We made sure that the questions being asked were well crafted, realistic, and sometimes challenging – so that viewers were treated to a convincing dialogue, rather than just a talking head. The videos were converted into twelve language versions (yes, twelve) and streamed over the company's intranet to a global audience of over 6,000 employees.
