Award of Excellence – CiB Central Awards

It’s all about people. Everyone knows that. But how do you show in a convincing way that it’s the people who’ve created the success of the business?

The ‘We Are Norgren’ conference set out to celebrate the past and look ahead to the future. They also wanted to kick things off by creating the right mood and setting the context for the whole event. They gave us just three weeks to do it.

Our concept was simple but effective. Comments from the grass roots. Straight talking. No corporate spin. All brought together in a flowing graphics environment. After HD shooting at two UK sites and an all-nighter for the graphics team, we delivered.

"The video opened the conference with a bang and was really well received.  It was played tirelessly throughout the 2 days and, by popular request, was also used at the Northern European sales conference.  During the UK evening event, the success stories provoked cheers and whistles from the teams as they saw themselves and their colleagues on screen!
