To inspire prospective tenants, and give them a real feel for the new location by flying though and over the building, we produced a 3D computer-generated animation. The slick graphics ensured that the quality of the development was fully reflected in the CD-ROM. Making it easy to use was paramount, so we included high levels of interactivity. Users were able to navigate, download a printable version, and take action easily. The development was a success in the competitive commercial premises market.
